Michael Keaton is an American actor, producer and director who is most well-known for his role in the film "Birdman. As a versatile actor, he is able to perform comedy and dramatic characters. A multi-faceted actor, he is also adept at playing comedic and dramatic roles. His interest in the performing arts began at the age of teen. He began to try stand-up comedy in his early 20s. His comedy career was not successful, though it helped pave the way to the path to a career in acting. Inability to make it in the field of comedy, he picked up a job as cameraman on television at a cable channel. He realized that his true passion was in front the camera when he was working at the station. After landing a job on TV, he starred in numerous shows of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. His natural talent as an actor earned him a lot of attention on television. Following the success of his film career, his comedic performances brought him a lot of fame. He earned further acclaim for his portrayal of the famous character from Tim Burton's Batman. As time passed, his acting skills improved and he began to look into directing and producing. He won numerous awards and nominations for his performances in the film Birdman.
